You Design, We Deliver

The beauty of our products are that they are personalised to the recipient making them that extra bit special, this means obviously all of our products are made to order & therefore dispatch times may vary with each product.

Unless stated otherwise on the product description, we aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours from the time you place your order, please note during busy periods dispatch times may vary slightly to those advertised however we will always do our best to notify you before orders are placed.

We choose a default standard delivery service for each product, based on a number of contributing factors to ensure fast, safe & efficient delivery of that item, please see the specific product description for further details. The majority of our products are dispatched via a fully tracked, secure and trusted courier service who aim to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch (UK Deliveries only).

To avoid disappointment we have put a 5-7 day expected delivery time on all our products however we aim to do this remarkably sooner. (please note this is an approximation from time of order)

We offer Free Standard Delivery using a default delivery service, these can vary depending on the product as explained above.

Express Delivery is available on the majority of our products. These are deliveries made Monday- Friday before 1pm. Please note due to the nature of our personalised products we do not advertise this as Next Day Delivery as this applies only to postage of the item and does not necessarily mean the product will be posted the next day, however the products will be prioritized and will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

If like so many of us you are guilty of leaving your shopping to the last minute and are unsure whether or not to place an order with fear of it not showing up on time please contact us by email with your request and we will do our very best to meet your deadline.

Returns

Not Happy?

Due to the nature of our service, each gift is made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order has been sent to production. We hope this isn’t the case but if you are for whatever reason unhappy with your product please click here to contact our customer services and we will do our very best to rectify the problem.

We ask that before you order one of our products that you double check any personalisation to help prevent any mistakes being made. Where possible we will send you a preview of your product, again we ask you to check this carefully & make us aware of any errors as quickly as possible.
