What is your cancellation, returns and refunds policy?
Due to the nature of our service, each gift is made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order has been sent to production. If you are for whatever reason unhappy with your product please contact our customer services at and we will do our very best to rectify the problem. We ask that before you order one of our products that you double check any personalisation to help prevent any mistakes being made. Where we can you will receive a preview of your product, again we ask you check this carefully.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Each of our products is as unique as the recipient it's made for and therefore some products may take longer than others. Please refer to individual product pages for specific dispatch times. Once complete your order will be sent by either Royal Mail or another reputable Courier service and should be with you within 2-3 working days as standard, If you wish a Speedy Delivery this can be arranged but please note this may occur additional delivery charges. If choosing Express Delivery please be aware this option is regarding the delivery only & dispatch times will still apply for the production of the product. We will however prioritize these orders to help them get to you that bit sooner.
Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
Payments are accepted via PayPal. You can pay using any credit or debit card. You don't need to set up an account with PayPal to make your payment, you can simply pay using your credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can set up an account if you wish - this means that next time you make a purchase using PayPal (on this site, or any other that uses PayPal such as Ebay for example), it will be quicker for you to make your payment as you won't need to enter your details each time. Setting up an account with PayPal is a simple and secure process which takes just a couple of minutes to do (just follow the instructions on the screen). When you have a PayPal account you can pay using your credit or debit card, bank transfer, or with cash you may have in your PayPal account.
How much is delivery?
We offer free UK standard delivery on all our products. This is generally through royal mail unless stated otherwise and you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 working days. If you wish to have a speedy delivery please note this may occur additional delivery charges.
What happens after I have ordered?
This all depends on the product you have purchased. For all orders once placed you will receive a detailed confirmation of your order, this is time for you to double check that everything is as you wish if you notice anything incorrect you must contact us straight away so we can make any amendments before your order is sent for production. You will receive another email once your order is dispatched along with any tracking numbers. For all Canvas' and Prints you may be sent a proof if available via email for you to check before it's finally created. please note at this point only minor amendments and alterations can be made and any requests for complete re-designs will incur further charges.
